Fitment confirmation

Vehicle model, year, chassis code, original lamp type, LHD/RHD, beam pattern and AFS/non-AFS are confirmed first.

Design & reverse engineering

Reference lamp or CAD becomes a 3D model, then a physical prototype for review.

Tooling & trial molding

Molds are developed in-house and trial samples are checked against the model's stated tolerance control.

Integration & appearance

Optics, LED programs, housing, brackets, reflector and lens are finalized as a working assembly.

Assembly & checks

Dust-free, constant-temperature assembly followed by optical and functional checks.

Documentation & approval

Per-model certification applicability is reviewed with current documents; samples are approved before production.
